carers and if you’re new to care that is not a problem as we provide full training and the opportunity to shadow a carer.

As a member of CareMatch you not only forge a relationship with your clients but you will also be part of a Care Hub for each
client, consisting of 3-4 local carers, who are also members of CareMatch, and the clients family. It’s this personal connection that
makes working in care so unique. No two days are ever the same- there is never a dull moment in care, just the sense of
achievement and satisfaction in knowing that you have helped make a difference to someone’s day.

Created by The National Association of Care & Support Workers (NACAS), CareMatch are proud to support Professional Care Workers’ Day on Wednesday 4th September.  NACAS was founded in 2016, and all members are individuals employed in professional care and support in the social care sector.  You can find out more about NACAS here: https://nacas.org.uk/about.html CareMatch pride themselves in doing care differently. Each client is part of a specific Care Hub created just for them. This hub consists of the client (where possible), the client’s family, the local authority and their specific team of 3-4 carers.
