Each client is part of a specific Care Hub created just for them. This hub consists of the client (where possible), the client’s family, the local authority and their specific team of 3-4 carers. All of the carers in each specific hub  work extremely hard at being part of an effective and supportive team- examples of this include covering shifts if required and offering a lot of support during the period of heavy snow that we had, when it was often difficult to get to clients.
